COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

The Data We Collect

When you order from us, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. We also gather information on the person who will receive any gift you send (e.g. that person's name address and phone number) and we will retain a record of your purchases. We do not store your credit card information on file. When you enter a contest online, we collect your name, address, email address, and phone number. We also may ask you for additional information, such as your age, interests, and product preferences. When you submit a question to customer service, we will need your email address to respond and you will have to provide us with additional information to help us answer your question. For example, you may need to include your First and Last name, email address, and invoice number.

Finally, at your option, we want to keep in touch with you to make sure you know about the great promotions and offers we have available. If you’ve told us it’s OK, we will use your email address to send you information on these. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing to our e-mails.

Where is my personal data kept?

Your data is kept in secure, cloud-based servers in the United States. Data collected by advertising partners may also be held outside the European Economic Area. We ensure that the data is adequately protected by ensuring that valid, legal mechanisms are in place such as: EU approved model clauses (which can be found here), US privacy shield certification (more information can be found here – please note that Redstone Firearms is not Privacy Shield certified but we may pass information to third party service providers or advertising partners who are based in the US and who are Privacy Shield certified); and implementing robust contractual standards. 

Does Redstone Firearms collect any other personal data about me?

If you contact us electronically, we will receive your email address, and may track your IP address, as well as the information you send to us to help resolve your query. We will keep records of our communications with you for 6 years.

Does Redstone Firearms use my personal data for any other purpose?

We use your personal data to fulfill orders you place on our website, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

How long does Redstone Firearms keep my personal data?
